Return & Exchange Policy

At GABHA KREATIONS, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to delivering premium quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Every product goes through strict quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event of any issue, we are always happy to assist you with a suitable exchange or resolution.

Exchange Eligibility

We only offer Return & Exchange services. Refunds are strictly not accepted under any circumstances.

Please note:

  • We do not provide monetary refunds once an order is placed.

  • Customers can only request a return exchange as per our policy guidelines.

  • Approved returns will only be eligible for replacement, exchange with another product, or store credit if applicable.

Customers may request an exchange if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • There is a manufacturing defect

  • A wrong item has been delivered

  • The received product is significantly different from the ordered item

Important Return & Exchange Guidelines

  • Please contact us before sending any product back.

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice copy.

  • Approved return shipments must be dispatched within 4 working days.

  • Customers are responsible for securely packing and safely returning the parcel.

  • Return shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.

  • Refund requests will not be entertained as we only provide exchange support.

Exchange Resolution

After verification of the issue, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the same product

  • Exchange with an alternate available product

  • Store credit or another mutually agreed resolution if required

If the originally ordered item is unavailable, our team will assist you in selecting an alternate product of your choice.

Size & Stitching Related Concerns

We request customers to carefully review the size chart before placing orders. Slight fitting adjustments are normal in stitched garments.

For better fitting results, we recommend:

  • Choosing standard sizes whenever possible

  • Providing accurate measurements

  • Selecting unstitched products for custom tailoring if preferred

If the issue is from our side:

  • Free alteration or replacement support will be provided

  • Applicable shipping charges will be borne by us

If the issue is due to incorrect measurements or customer preference:

  • Alteration and shipping charges will be customer’s responsibility

Product Availability

In rare cases, if any ordered product becomes unavailable after order confirmation, customers will be offered:

  • An alternate product option

  • Exchange against another available design or style

Parcel Acceptance

Please inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered:

  • Verify the contents before accepting

  • Mention the issue to the courier partner

  • Inform our support team immediately

Color & Product Disclaimer

Actual product color may slightly vary due to:

  • Screen resolution and display settings

  • Photography lighting

  • Fabric dye and texture variations

Handcrafted, handwoven, hand-dyed, hand-embroidered, and handmade products may naturally have slight irregularities, which are part of their authentic craftsmanship and uniqueness.

Beads, Sequins & Embellishments

Products with beads, sequins, stones, or embroidery may occasionally experience minor bead or sequin fall during transit or usage. This is considered a normal characteristic of embellished garments and not a manufacturing defect.

Order Modification

Changes related to:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Shipping address

can only be requested before the order is processed or shipped. Kindly contact our customer support team immediately for any modifications.

Final Policy Note

GABHA KREATIONS reserves the right to approve or decline any return or exchange request after product inspection and verification. Our team always aims to provide a fair, transparent, and customer-friendly resolution in every situation.
