Please Note:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • EMI facility is currently not available.

  • Full payment must be completed at the time of placing the order.

Payment Failure Assistance

In case your payment fails, we request you to:

  • Verify that all payment details entered are correct

  • Ensure your internet connection is stable during the transaction

  • Retry the payment after a few minutes if required

If your bank account is debited despite payment failure, the amount is generally reversed automatically by the bank within 3–7 business days depending on your bank’s processing timeline.

Charged Amount but Order Not Confirmed

In rare cases, your payment may be successfully deducted while the website shows an error or the order is not confirmed immediately. If this happens:

  • Please wait for the payment confirmation email from GABHA KREATIONS

  • If the transaction was unsuccessful, the amount will be automatically reversed to your original payment method as per banking timelines
