1. How to request deletion

If you wish for us to delete your personal data collected via the Gabha Kreations app or website, please send a request to:

In your request please include:

  • The email address registered with your account

  • Your user ID or order number (if applicable)

  • A short statement: “I request deletion of my personal data.”

We’ll use these details to verify your identity and process your request safely.

2. What data we’ll delete

Once your request is verified, Gabha Kreations will delete:

  • Your user profile and login identifiers/tokens

  • Purchase history associated with your account (e.g., orders of kurta-pant sets, coord sets, dupattas)

  • Any personally identifiable data (name, email, phone, shipping address) linked with your account

  • Any in-app usage identifiers tied to your account

3. What may remain and why

Please note:

  • We may retain anonymised or aggregated data (for analytics, business insights) which cannot be linked back to an identifiable individual.

  • Some data may remain if required by law (e.g., for tax, accounting, audit) or for legitimate business purposes and is stored separately/in a form where you are not identified.

  • Backup data may take additional time to purge; while we delete from active systems promptly, full removal from backups may take up to [30 days].

4. Time-frame for deletion

  • We aim to process verified deletion requests within [7 business days] of receipt.

  • We will issue you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

  • After confirmation, your visible account data will no longer be accessible.

  • Back-ups or archival systems may take up to [30 days] to reflect full deletion.

5. Confirmation & next steps

Once you receive our confirmation, you’re free to:

  • Create a new account with a fresh email if you wish

  • Or remain inactive—no further action is required from your side
